Hi!  Welcome to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Hidalgo County

Explore a welcoming sanctuary of diversity at our Unitarian Universalist (UU) fellowship, where a rich tapestry of beliefs is celebrated, and each individual is cherished. We are people of all agespeople of many backgrounds, and people of many beliefs. We are brave, curious and compassionate thinkers and doers. We create spirituality and community beyond boundaries, working for more justice and more love in our own lives and in the world.

Our Mission & Vision

Our vision and mission is to create a haven for exploring truth and meaning.

Our mission is to support a free and responsible search for truth and meaning in the everyday and spiritual lives of our congregation and our friends, and to provide a haven for that search for Unitarian Universalists and the Rio Grande Valley community. Unlike traditional churches, we offer an inclusive space for spiritual exploration, embracing a variety of perspectives and traditions. Join us for engaging worship services that blend music, reflection, and social justice advocacy.

Come as You Are!

Whether you identify with a specific faith tradition, are exploring spirituality for the first time, or consider yourself non-religious, agnostic, humanist or atheist, you’ll find a warm and inclusive community here where thoughtful conversation allows us to connect and explore.

There is a time for all ages during the service and there are toys are the rear for the young ones to play quietly

We embrace diversity and celebrate the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. Come as you are and join us in our shared pursuit of truth, meaning, and justice. You belong here.

Each week a different member takes a turn speaking on topics that share their beliefs and experience, exciting thoughts and ideas to ponder and talk about.  Whether you’re seeking personal growth, community engagement, or simply a supportive environment, you’ll find a home here. Explore our fellowship and discover the beauty of embracing difference while fostering unity.
